2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Products may be eligible for return or refund if they meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product has been stored according to recommended conditions and is in its original packaging.
- The customer provides a valid proof of purchase (quote request confirmation or invoice).
Note:
- Customized or specially prepared products, bulk orders, and perishable items may have different terms. Please contact us prior to submission.
- Products improperly handled, used, or stored by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Name and contact details
- Order / quote request reference number
- Product details and reason for return
- Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product via the local distributor or shipping method.
- Only products approved for return will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds will generally be issued in the original payment method used for the order.
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
5. Replacements / Exchanges
- If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
- Replacement products will be delivered via the nearest authorized distributor as per your region.
